Vendo Subprocessor List
The third-party service providers that process personal data on behalf of Vendo subscribers as part of the platform.
This is the complete list of subprocessors that ever touch your data. There are three. EasyPanel runs on the Hetzner server we already list — it is not a separate subprocessor. The PostgreSQL databases run in Docker containers on the same Hetzner server — also not a separate subprocessor. There are no third-party analytics services, no tracking pixels, and no ad networks integrated into the platform.

Notifications of changes
We notify Subscribers at least 30 days in advance of changes to this list, per the Data Processing Agreement. Notifications go to the account email on file. Keep that address current, or contact legal@vendo.pizza to update it.
Hosted email
If MoonFactory begins using a hosted email provider for the legal@vendo.pizza address, that provider will be added here and Subscribers will be notified ahead of the change. As of the date at the top of this page, no hosted email provider is integrated into the platform.
